We replaced inlet filters on all 4 gas turbines at work, 2-part filters 480/unit there were 8 filters to each pallet - total 480pallets. I got tired of cutting them up after ~85. They're mostly pine with some poplar mixed in.

The first load I got home after having a tread let loose on my right front - so much for "free" pallets

The second load. I heaped it up as this stuff is nice and dry.

All neatly stacked. I don't think the GF will run out of kindling anytime soon!

Nice score
Were you able to cut them up at work?

outside the perimeter fence, with a skil-saw.
Could not justify hauling them whole without a fith-wheel flatbed
