I would think that with winter coming, in a densely-populated cold-weather area, you are going to have to be light on your feet. On the other hand, there may be more used stoves on the market there.
Have you consulted your employer about taking a leave of absence until you can get the stove thing resolved? ==c

I am self employed missing work is no option at the moment I loose more money than I would safe on the stove
