I was just given this stove and its filthy ! I have no experience in these stoves , and am lookin for any tips tricks or watch outs with this stove. Stove is in pretty good shape. Thnxs for the help
 
Call up CDI, I am sure they could blow it out:) Search you tube and Lennox hearth products for cleaning guides and download a manual.
 
Its straightforward, clean out traps behind bricks, clean up between airtubes. The blowers are on a common shaft (exh and convection). Not the most complex of stoves, still a nice looking heater. Good luck with it.
