A well known way to test your fridge seals is to place a dollar bill between the seal and the fridge...close door and see if there is tension when pulling the bill out. We just received a brand new Whirlpool fridge and out of curiosity I tried this.....hardly any tension at all. Is this normal? I don't feel any cold air escaping around the door.

yep...was planning on that today.
