All cut split and stacked this summer.

This wood pile is calculated to be 5.03 Cords. Should be seasoned for next year.

still have to stack some more wood on the end to finish her up but I will soon be totally done...........Thank God!

5'high 43' long and 3' wide

I have another 1.31 cords stacked elsewhere for a total of 6.34 full cords for 2009-2010

How much is that? My rows look a little like that, very long. I have 2 rows (so far), 40' long, 4' tall with 20" splits, just over 4 cords total. That is a little over half of what I need for the '09/'10 season. Looks like alot of cherry in there... we stumbled upon several large cherrys this year, the biggest being a 42" base, split about 3' up into 2 18-20" trees. got almost a full cord out of the 2... we also had a good maple score, 22" that we got almost a full cord out of as well. I think I am going to go home and take some pics today...

Using this http://maine.gov/ag/firewood.html

It says I have 5.03 cords in that pile.

I thought the 36" dia. cherry tree I got was big....but damn that was a big cherry tree you got yourself.

My pile is mostly cherry with a mix of ash, locust, birch, silver maple and a little walnut.

Nice Job! Got to love the lake
