Going to clean my cat (the one in the insert) this week and already have a replacement gasket. My question is,do I need to use a gasket glue or something else to adhere the gasket to the stove.? If so, what do you all recommend?

No sealant required. Just wrap it and use some masking tape to hold it on.

Sorry, I just realized you were talking about a Buck. It may be different.
