Lowe's has the Geospring on sale for $799 Did the $300 tax credit extension still cover these? Anyone that knows please chime in. If it does then that and the efficiency maine rebate and Lowes card make it a smokin' hot $170 deal! (6 weeks later of course)

Anyone? I saw a thread on here that somebody posted the other day about a possible extension but haven't found out if it is true. If so what is covered?

They dropped the price of the Geospring to $999 here. I can get a AO Smith Voltex for the same price. IMHO the AO Smith is a better water heater ( higher EF, FH recovery ) and you definitely don't hear all of the complaints like you do about the Geospring.
