So today I moved some 6 month CSS ash into the shed, not sure if it is ready but... All my one year old maple, elm and mixed stuff is gone or low. I have about 3/4 cord of dark twisted cherry left to mix in. This ash seems good & I have been mixing in some not real ready 1 yo red oak with the maple on the really cold nights and will mix it in with the ash too. I'm running a gasser boiler so I try to put the driest stuff on the bottom and the wet red oak on top.

I was disappointed in this maple, I thought it would be great and it was not so much...

This was standing dead CSS MM had it at 20%

I also moved about 3 feet of snow to get to the ash. Love the snow and it sure is quiet in the woods now.

Looks like you have enough to get by.....I am running low and my secret pile is now COVERED in snow....

All that wood in back of me is maple from mid summer. I do have 7-8 cord of oak from summer too but for dry stuff I have gone thru about 8 cord so far.
