Lennox Winslow PS40 insert ...the leveling leg for the rear of the unit located directly under the clean out for the Integrated T. Either your unit is level and cannot be cleaned or you can clean it but it will rock and vibrate like crazy... Good job fellas

why don't you just disconnect the liner from the stove and brush it that way or take the leveler out and shim the back with some washers not that difficult

is better you don't open that thing up anyways. once that gasket starts to get funky you basically have to replace that whole assembly. again, good job lennox.

well, engineers DESIGN them, they don't fix em.......ever try getting the spark plugs out of a 70's era Fiat?

So why put an access there at all? Side door access would be perfect, the idea behind the access is to make cleaning the unit easier. Not that easy of you have wrestle the liner off everytime, let alone the damage to the stove adapter or liner

this is my stove... and it's an epic pain in the ass the clean the pipe.

Why not just add a cleanout T? That makes it easy to clean. That is what I did.
See pics of the T turned sideways for easy cleanout!
