good start for next year

On the left side of the pile is some srounge wood (Ash and Cherry) on the right is some premo left overs of Hickory and Oak from this year.
The pile on the ground I trucked from Flashmans house this weekend....a mix of Moslty Hickory and oak.....some birch and a tad bit of cherry........man that cherry stinks!

Nice start! I don't get it either. She made a similar comment to me a couple few months ago when I was trying to identify some wood. Asked why I split so small. Your splits look good to me.

Everything looks so tidy.

My wood processing area looks like some trees just exploded with bark and bits of wood all over the place.

Oh ....most my wood gets split and trucked from My brother-in-laws house....you should see the area where the grapple loads get dumped....heres a pic from last year.

We rented it last year, it worked real nice for us. Not sure what kind it was, did'nt have any tags on it.
