Chimney dude set up the stove as well. I JUST finished my 4x5 hearth last night - I need to grout between the tiles, but it came out real nice. Unfortunately, Zoobler has not delivered the door yet - apparenlty, Napoleon is having trouble keeping up with production of door HANDLES! Man if it ain't one thing, you can bet it'll be another! I'm almost done stacking the first 3 cord out back, and will get another 3 cords of seasoned wood in a couple weeks. Can't wait to get the door so I can fire this beauty up!!

Oh, and to the guy who watches his woodpile? Yep. I look out my kitchen window every morning to make sure the piles are still stnading. I noticed they're checking quite nicely, despite the incessant rain.
