Very nice. Made my day brighter.
The shot of the lake was my fav
The little white house/church thing looks to be just east of cle-elum near the Teanaway river. Is that where you were?
Beautiful country for sure. Nice pics, Thanks for sharing.
Nice. We all love pictures!
That would be it...it's actually on the highway between Cle Elum and Ellensburg cutoff....just before heading over Blewett Pass
great pictures....a slice of heaven
Love that part of the drive, it's where the forest gives way to desert. I worked several summers for an outfitter up the Teanaway. Packing mules and people.
Im always taking scenic photos, I just love the beauty of it all.
My former father in law died the same thing, always packing in people and mules loaded with gear up in the high country, particularly up the Methow valley near the Sawtooth Ridge, Boiling Lake, and all around that area. Beautiful country, I used to ride the dirt bike up most of the way, then hike the rest. I was on top of the world, room with a view. It was stunning. You could see the tops of all the mountain ranges. One particular spot was called Heavens Staircase, and that it was! Attached is a photo where you can see where I hiked.
The 7th one is my favorite....the stream running thru the woods....I could sit in that spot all day
That photo was taken just outside of North Bend, WA
Stunning photos . . . always like seeing pics of other folks' "homes."
Man, I need to relocate!
It's said by some that the Cascades are more beautiful and better for hiking than the Swiss Alps.
Swauk Teanaway Grange in picture is about 5 miles from me as the crow flies
Beautiful valley.. We sled in the hills in the distance...
