Why the hand file? Looks like it takes just as long to do with the grinder as it does by hand on the saw.

I like to reshape the rakers so they are sloping back (133 more cutter and 133 rakers to go!) on that chain 41 inch 135 drive lengths. I have 4 of them. Looks lke about 30sec's a drive Thats good.

and rakers, funny when I get a customer with one 16inch chain its done in less that 5 min.
