Does anybody known if the older model H.S. Tarm boilers for the 70's and 80's are considerd gasifacation style boilers. The look to be the same set-up as the newer models. I often see them for sale at very reasonable prices.

No, they are downdraft or cross burning boilers - not gasifiers. Good boilers, though!
