    in the smoker.:p Rack of ribs when on at 9am. Going to spend the day at the creek(branch, brook, stream, crick:rolleyes: ) with the kids. By the time we get home at 5pm the meat will be falling off the bones.

    Yumm... Ribs. I just gave a co-worker some apple wood sticks fresh pruned off our apple tree which he will use to smoke a fresh salmon. Can't wait to hear how that worked. Got my mouth watering pretty bad here.
