hamers pellets...west chester agway,205.00 ton...last year did not go below 320.00. also there is a number on the upper right side of bag that says 09-06...cant be manufactured in 06? could they? im thinking 09...they appear to be in good condition.
 
As far as I know(which isn't much) The date on the bag is printing date of bag. The date should be close to when they were filled, But there is always a chance the bag could have been printed weeks or even months ahead of filling them.

Even if they are June of 2009, As long as they are keep as dry as possible there shouldn't be an issue with them. I have burned year old pellets with no issues at all and burned same year pellets that had issue due to moisture. All depends on the storage.

IMO, if you can get Hamers Hot Ones for $$205/ton, grab as many tons as you can!! They are real good pellets.
