Harman Accentra

We decided to go with the accentra free standing stove to heat the main floor of our ranch home. It is 1300 square feet with a pretty much open floor plan. Does the Accentra have enough BTU's to heat this size home without keeping the stove on high all the time. We live in the lehigh valley, pa.

Any suggestions?

You'll be fine. We've got the same stove, a 1200 sq. ft. house, and we're toasty all winter. Ours only stays on high when it gets close to 0 outside, and it heats our whole house.

I would say as long as its a well insulated house you should not have a problem. Remember that the stove has the ability to burn thermostat mode or stove mode. Try both modes out to see what suits your needs best.

Any suggestions?

Room Temp mode, set it and forget it. Our Accentra heats our 1800 SF cape well. When it's very cold, the second floor will call for oil heat a couple times in the early morning, that's it.
