Can the combustion blower motor speed for a Harman Invincible Pellet Insert be adjusted down? If yes, how? Currently the intake of fresh air for combustion is from inside the house and the exhaust draft into the chimney is so high that even when the stove is set to high, the cold air infiltrating into the house is more than the hot air being blown out by the distribution fan can match rendering the pellet stove ineffective as a heating source. Thanks

Sorry you didn't get a response sooner but welcome to the forum:) Inherited with the house? When was the last time it was given a deep clean and the venting was cleaned?

I'm not an expert on insert installs but that sounds like you do not have a plate in the chimney as you should... Quick review of the manual and it doesn't look like that has an OAK. Check out the manual and review your install - may have to redo.

Review the manual for pellet feed rates too. Pellet brands also effect heat output.

Hopefully others with experience with that insert will chime in... Good luck and keep us posted.

What mode are you running the stove in? The blower can not be adjusted as a separate adjustment but you can turn down the stove speed if you are running the stove in the stove temp mode by turning the lower right knob towards the off position. Go slow as a little goes a long way. If you are running the stove in room temp mode with the thermo wire attached the stove ramps all motors up and down so no adjustment other then changing the stove setting. The ESP might need to be cleaned if you are experiencing higher speeds then seem normal.
