BEHIND the burn pot? You mean inside the auger tube a bit? Are there pellets in the hopper?

Is it still on? If so, grab some pellets and throw them in the burn pot til it's about half full. Make sure the stove is set to on. Shut door. They should catch. Enjoy the heat.

If its off, turn it on and to manual ignite, fill the pot halfway with pellets, light the pellets with your torch, leave the door open about an inch for a min, shut door, enjoy heat.

Well they fail from time to time.

For the time being, til you replace it, light it manually. It's very easy.

Next time the stove runs out of pellets, look down in your auger tube just before the fire dies. It's normal.

I saw in your other post you mentioned a feed door. Do you mean the hopper door? If it's not closing properly that MIGHT be your problem getting it to feed and possibly auto ignite. Check the troubleshooting section in your manual.
