Posted on here a few months ago. Had problems with my ignighter and circut board. When the ignighter wires grounded out, it took the board with it. Left it sit through the summer months not think much about, had the board here waiting on other projects to get done.

Installed the board today and gave everything a good spring cleaning, took the stove outside and blew it off with the air hose, stuff like that.

Got the board installed, everything back together, threw some pellets in and fired it up. Everything seems to work ok, ignighted fine, burning great, but I have a 3 blink status light. Think it's time for an esp? Or is it the nature of the beast after replacing the board. Stove is about 5 years old and is still on the original red wire esp. Burn on average 7 ton a year of Hammers.

Make sure that you followed the instructions on the DIP switch settings when you installed the new board.. Take the ESP out and gently clean it if you didn't already. Make sure the ESP is properly connected to the board. You may not have put the knob back in the same place on the white shaft that goes into the pot so "off" might not be where you think it is. Turn it slowly and see if the status light goes off near the "off" position.

Harman Lover just about covered all the bases. Did you accidentally whack/bend the esp while cleaning it?
