I find with Harman that usually when there is low feed issue if you empty the hopper and feel around the edge of the feed opening thee is usually something too big to feed through the system but small enough to get wedged out of sight under the left edge. Find all kinds of stuff there, bag opening box cutters, Legos, car keys, miniature santas etc...feed plates being put in upside down also give this symptom
