Just an update on cracked PB105 burn pots: I had the burn pot replaced in my boiler last month under warranty (this one is No. 3 for the boiler). The old one hadn't cracked as badly as the original but it still had developed a bubble.

Gary, my Earth Sense vendor, had me heft the new pot, and it is massive. Then he told me the retail price -- $700! Hope I never have to buy a new one.
