    I hardly think that is a reliable metric.

    Most likely it's because they are one of the more popular selling stoves and require dealer support.

    IMHO people want to call the dealer less so they tend to post on here.

    Seems to be no more than the other popular lines, wood or pellet. PE, VC, Englander.....
    They seem to be more questions rather than problems.

    People only post when they have a problem. "Gee my stove's running well" doesn't seem too interesting. Add to that that people on forums like these are the d-i-y type, or just plain cheap and don't want to pay for info.
