Does anyone have any suggestions on what we can do? We've owned our furnace for almost 5 years, but had ignitor trouble last year, so we mainly used oil, or lit it manually. Not even a month ago, we had the ignitor replaced, and it seemed to work fine until last night. It's status is blinking 5 times. Followed manual, and nothing happened. We tried to light it manually, and it refuses to stay lit! I've seen several complaints of ignitor issues, but not of any where it won't stay lit manually.

Could you provide some details about not staying lit manually?

When was the last time you did the full 1 Ton cleaning of the furnace and vent pipe? Does it start ok manually and go out? How long does it run before going out? Does it not start at all in MANUAL? Can you hear the auger motor turning? Can you hear pellets dropping when the auger motor is turning? Does the combustion fan sound like it is running ok. The more details you provide the easier it is to understand your problem and provide some decent suggestions.

check the air intake flapper. It is probably stuck. If it is, then it will not go even if you throw a cup of gas into it. Otherwise, it is your exhuast blower failing... or (maybe a stupid question) have you pulled the plates off the inside heat exchangers and cleaned the dust out? clean out from under the burnpot. check the exhaust. I've run into a couple folks who have never done so, and the unit fails to light at all after 14 ton or so..... check the exhaust housing, too.
