Has anyone ever burned sunflower seed?

I just thought I'd throw this out there to see if anybody has ever run them before. I've given it a thought,but it's not the cheapest way to go. I just don't know how much ash or heat you get out of sunflower seed.

I know i eat the heck out of those things. Planters are the best.

I burned a bag of pine pellets for horse stalls the other day TSC had a 40 pound bag for $3.49
Burned pretty good. Way better than natures heat pellets. But had a ton of fines.

Who knows i may try some cheap dogfood nuggets next.

Holy sh!t that vid is 10 mins long, way too impatient for that.

hooter, just change your fuel type to SF seed while on pellets and check out the difference. At your own risk of course.

Its pretty cool.
