Does anyone know where I can find data on HDPE vs. PEX expansion rate information? We currently have HDPE on one run and it expands roughly 10" per 100' per 100*.

The manufacturer of the tube should have that data. Often times it can be found at their website. It's temperature specific, and delta t based but I'd bet they are very similar.
