We just bought a Used Phoenix. Beautiful condition. However it does need a couple of stones replaced (cracked) on the side and the Ceramic Blanket was ripped and half removed. According to the Manual it can not be fired up without the ceramic blanket on the baffles. But the book does not tell you how to replace the blanket or where it installed. We also can't find anything on how to take the stove apart to inspect it / replace stones / and install a new ceramic blanket on top of the baffles. Does anyone have a photo of the break down of this stove? Or could someone tell us how this stove comes apart to replace the side stones and install a new Ceramic Blanket? Thanks!

Welcome, nice stove you've got there. It does look like Hearthstone missed a critical illustration there. I don't have this stove but hopefully a Hearthstone owner will log in soon. Have you contacted your local Hearthstone dealer?

Here's a discussion of a Heritage II rebuild that may be of some help.
