I have a geo springs, and for exactly 2 yrs It has saved me a ton of money and worked flawlessly. But reviews on this are terrible, Customer service, warranty terrible. Cop of 2.38. There is a state water heater that has good reviews and a cop of 2.78 also available in 80 gal. Just thought I would let you all know there are other heat pumps out there.
