Help Identify Built in Stove

My parent's bought a cottage that has a small built in stove with no documentation for it. Basic operation wasn't hard to figure out but there is a third lever with an unknown function. I took pictures with my phone last time I was there. There are warm air vents coming out of the wall above the stove not shown in the pictures. It is hard to see in the pictures but there is a grate inside.

Any ideas of the manufacturer or model?

Any idea where I could find a manual for an old model. Nothing on http://www.securitychimneys.com/ or http://www.lennoxhearthproducts.com/ is an match.

Probably from a dealer would be best - likely to have an old manual or service book on the shelf.
