No pellets are going to the fire box, took out all the pellets in the hopper, cleaned it all out, started it up and the top auger isnt moving..englandar 25 PDV. please any help would be great. It is after hours and the help line isnt in tonight. Please tell me it could be something simple

open the back of the stove , locate your top auger motor , see if it lifts up easily from its resting point , do the same with the bottom one for referrance , they should both lift very easily. if they do not its a jam, if they do then it could be an issue with the door switch, check this out and PM me with results , i'll pick it up in Pm from there so not to load up the thread.

ended up being a top auger jam , i do not know what had it hung up but we got it cleared using PM's to comunicate last night , stove now up and running. thanks to web for having this site allowing homeowners the ability to obtain help with their appliances
