Feeling the Heat

I recently installed a pellet stove as a primary heat source..
i have a 4 zone boiler that i will be using for domestic hot water only...
i have a holding tank that runs off a bronze circulator off the tank-less coil..
the temp is regulated off the hot water tank temp control..
my question is now that i'm not heating 4 zones there is no need to run limits @ 160 180
how low can i go with these settings so boiler wont run as much to maintain temp...
i dropped them down to 140 160 and still have plenty of hot water..
thanks
