Question:

I'm doing a project for school and I need to know what is the highest temperature that is reached inside a stove? Thanks

Answer:

In a woodstove, the interior of a hot fire could be as high as 2000 degrees F. In a coal fire, it could be hotter. The outside surface of the stoves are usually 500-800 degrees.
