    looks like the increasingly popular "redneck vasectomy" I've been hearing so much about. I suggest Pinchgut Hollow Moonshine (the Honey Peach) as both anasthetic and disinfectant for these type of proceedures.

    My uncle is a contractor and had a guy work or him that did the same thing with a pneumatic spiker. Short version is the guy plugged the air in and proceeded to shoot himself in the nubblies. I'm thinking natural selection is working perfectly!
