Feeling the Heat

hopefully my last $500 electric bill.

Our new Jotul F55 goes in next week. Our summertime bills are always about $160 but during the wintertime it costs about $1700 to heat our 3100sqft home dec-mar.

Hope those days are gone!!!!

I predict that your electric bills will plummet. Good luck with your new Jotul.

The Jotul will certainly put a dent in the bill, but remember that winter electric bills are also higher due to much more lighting used and the hot water heater having to warm up colder water. In our house we also use the dryer a lot more instead of hanging the clothes outside on the clothesline.

Enjoy!
