    cooked some hot dogs in the mansfield over a load of oak, there the best ,good flaver ,ever try it,and any other good woods to try... ;-P

    Hey zim, since I have a heritage do I use the front or side door? Lol.... Never tried a hotdog but if I ever do I would make sure I'm not burning the pi** elm at the time! :)

    Various Oaks,Hickory,Cherry,Apple,Pear,Maples are all good choices.Dry Mulberry is quite nice too,real subtle.Black Walnut can be overpowering though,even years-old dry scrap stuff.
