You could contact your installer, and nicely ask him to return and do a proper install. Best option, if it works.
If it doesn't work, you could contact your installer and DEMAND that he return and do a proper install. Did you pay him yet? How? Check? (Stop Payment) Credit card ?(Contact cc company). Let him know that the next communication will be from your attorney.
OR, the way we handle it Down East, get a couple buddies together, go to his house and have a heart - to - heart conversation. (Not that i recommend this, you're on your own,here, supply your own buddies)
