    2-3-4-5 cords if storage space is not an issue get all you can. Oil is not going to get any cheaper and electric is going thru the rppf to. I get my wood from a tree trimmer for free....yes free.....he is usually looking for some place to get rid of it and I have a vacant lot where he dumps all I need.
    My grandfather always said you should have half your coal/wood left on Groundhog day. And anything left should be used (wood) in Jan.
