peirhead,

My wife and I got a chuckle from your innovative seasonal use of the pellet stove hearth, especially since we are also waiting for our stove.

We, however, did not think to decorate our empty hearth.

Nice job!!

Our stove, ordered in mid-August, is allegedly scheduled for a January 13th install. Do you have a firm install date?

My wife thought our empty pedestal hearth looked like a small stage from a comedy club, or small lounge. She had thoughts of actually putting the Christmas tree on it for the holidays. But, our stove came in on time and is now warming our home beautifully. Hope yours comes in on time or sooner. Nice decorating job! Merry Christmas.

Since I had the stove before the hearth, I just decorated with the 12oz. empties until the grout dried and I could set the stove.

peirhead, I can say that yours has a much more aesthetic result.

Hi Ranger...no firm install date but my dealer says that all their backorders are coming in by the end of the year...Mine was ordered Aug 5th and I'm hoping for mid Jan install too!!
