How do they make bio bricks? I have access to wood shavings from a plain, mixed with saw dust. and a lot of it. I,m wondering if I could make my own bio bricks.. anyone???

Ability to kiln dry them, and a ridiculous amount of pressure, more than a splitter could provide, I believe..

No glue, what are you going to use to compress the blocks?

I'm thinking 150 plus tons of pressure.

The pressure has to be high enough to turn the lignins in the wood to a natural binder.

The same amount of power can be found in ONE Chuck Norris roundhouse kick.
