I have an EKO 25 and I can't figure out how to get to the heat exchanger tubes. I have an older manual. can anyone make it easy by spoon feeding it to me. How do you get to those things to clean them?

I clean mine only once every four to six weeks at best. They don't seem to get very dirty - just fly ash.
