How do you determine head loss across a HX?

Is there a formula or specific way to determine your head loss within a HX? In my case it would be a water tube pressure vessel (HX)

assume the manifold is lower then the tubes, take the longest tube - then use pressure drop for that length/material. B&G syzer will give you this.

For my GEA (1.4’ head for 9gpm) flat plate and my AIC (1.2psi @ 5gpm 2.77’ head) I called the manufacture.
