Hello, how far away from a cinderblock wall with real stone on top of it should my wood stove be with no ul label, I know the default is 36 inches but I do not have a combustible wall anywhere close to the stove.

If the wall in non-combustible as you describe....then you can get as close as you like. My advice is to leave a few inches anyway for air flow.
Cool, I was assuming cinderblock and stone were considered not combustible? is that correct? And one other question is how far away from windows does triple wall pipe have to be?

HT (high temp) metal chimneys usually need a 2" clearance.
