The pallet dairy brought me about 2 dozen pine untreated pallets yesterday. I only cut up 4 of them and the pile was tiny! How many pallets would it take to make up a full cord? a hundred? 500?

I'm not sure , but that's allot of work cutting them up . I get pallet wood from my friends pallet business's. They shear off the nails on old pallets to recycle what they can .He trys to save me the loads of the 2 x runners .All the piece's go on pallets with sides. I drop the pallets in my barn and cut the piece's in half as I go . Nice dry hardwood , cant beat it for free and an endless supply. It has really helped me with my not so dry wood this year.
