How to handle the bigger stuff and is this tree on it's last leg?

I have a red oak with no insides.
Hasn't had any heartwood for at least 40 years.
How it stays standing I don't know, but it's there.


Although you have what appears to be a pretty good distance between the fence and any trees, if there's any trees ( cherry and some nut trees ? ) that the horses shouldn't eat the leaves or wood of I'd tackle those first.
