How to setup comfort clima on ecoteck elena

So last night was the first time trying to use the comfort clima feature .
In the menu when pressing 4/6 if gives me a range of off or 32-68. I set it to 64 and temperature of the stove to 78.

When it reached 78, it went into ecostop and stated it, but never fired back up. When it reached 64, Temp display on stove said 58 and would not turn on unless I reset the stove.

Any ideas on what I did wrong? Trying again tonight but can figure out what would cause this issue.

The Comfort Clima setting should first show "OFF", then each press of the Temp + button should show first "1", then "2", then"3"...
This setting is the difference in degrees that the stove will wait before it turns back on. For example, if you set the Comfort Clima to "2", that means that the stove will restart when the room temperature falls 2 degrees below the set-point temperature.

That's what I tried, but it goes right into temp settings. No 1 2 or 3.

I read through the manual and tech manual and can't find any more details .

I tried setting the comfort clima with the stove off but doesn't work either.

In the manual there are a few settings, one says to hold p4 to get into the menu, but that doesn't work for me. Really stumped on this one .

So today I tried messing with the databank to see if I could get the comfort clima working.

Found out the hard way databank just loads new presets that really means with the stove.
I ended up doing the O0 ful factory reset.

Once the stove reset needed to make some tweaks to the draught and air back to my settings.

Unfortunately, not even a full reset got comfort clima working .It still just shows me temps from 33 to 68.
