I'm trying to understand pellet moisture content and relative humidity. As I understand it pellets are best under 10% moisture. At what point (% humidity)would circulating air dry them further?

Probably wont get any lower at normal temps. Two years ago corn was coming in at 10% with a very warm dry fall. Is that ever nice to burn.
