Well, not a real unicorn but it is almost as mythical as one. Got almost a cord of TRULY SEASONED wood for a great price from Craigslist delivered to the house! I tested about 10 of the splits. Everything was between 19% and 14%. Locust, ash, and black walnut mix. After getting burned on some "seasoned" 35% oak before I bought my meter this year I am really happy about it.

Good deal and you're right, like a unicorn! Write down the name and number in numerous places so you don't lose it.
 
Thought for a minute we were either going to see a horned beast . . . or a spiral screw-type splitter mounted on to a tractor or car tire.
