I have been searching on both Woodstocks webpage and on here for the depth of the firebox below the door opening.
Can someone give me a measurement, please?

Thanks

19 3/4" from the bottom of the door opening to the soapstone in the rear. The andirons would reduce that but they can be removed.

Thanks for the reply but I was interested in the depth below the edge of the door, in other words how deep will ashed build up before coming out the door.

4" from the top of the bottom bricks to the door opening.
