    I like the premise of the list. No "pay to play" crap. Good in, garbage out. I hope the list maintenance is rigorous.

    My builder freind was doing a remodel in Marblehead Mass (stone House) and Richard was the heating contractor.Well Richard never did a heat loss study for the house and assumed it would be all insulated.The heating sysytem was under sized and he had to re install a lager system.So it shows the best are not always the best.

    I have no idea who 'Richard' is, or know anything more about that situation than what you posted - but on the face of that I think I would have put insulation in rather than re-installing a larger system.
