Thanks, maybe a smaller stove would meet my needs, the Ashley is missing the fire brick from the side and back and does not seem to burn wood too fast.
I am planning on 2 small split system heat pumps both being 12,000btu one for the living room and the other my bedroom with the wood burner to keep my electric costs down.
I am also building 2 solar space heaters for my southern wall, so I should be good with cheap heat - AC is the big money eater and there is really no cheap alternatives.
